Errors downloading pc game pass games

This problem started 2 days ago April 8. I tried so many things to solve it that I can't even remember how many things I tried. First i thought it was an error that all Game Pass games have. But today I tried something again and then I tried to download Astroneer and there was no problem but i don't wanna install Astroneer so i canceled it. Then I tried to install Sea Of Thieves but guess what?

Same error massage occurred. Then I try to install Astroneer again and yes, it was downloading with no problem.

Then I think to myself "I guess I can't download larger games. And 0x occurred again. So my hypothesis was wrong. I contacted xbox live support twice but they couldn't help me.
